Three friends Jack, Mike and Ron founded the original Biksbee’s in Bethel in November of 2006. Between them they have over 75 years experience in the restaurant business. Their vision was to create a casual restaurant that offered creative food at great prices. What’s in a name? Bees. The three along with Jack’s wife, Annette, decided on the name Biksbee’s. Annette chose the spelling so that they could be playful with the logo and use bees as a bit of branding ‘ hence the ‘apostrobee’ in the name.
