OUR STORY
Three Friends Jack, Mike and Ron founded the original Biksbee’s in
Bethel in November 2006. Between them they had over 75 years’
experience in the restaurant business. Their vision was to create a
casual restaurant that offered creative food at great prices and
that’s what Biksbee’s offer - fresh food prepared from scratch.
What’s in a name? Bees. The three along with Jack’s wife, Annette,
decided on the name Biksbee’s. Annette chose the spelling so that
they could be playful with the logo and use the bees as a bit of
branding’ hence the apostrobee’ in the name.
Mike and Ron have since retired and Jack and Annette have welcomed
Charles as their new partner and the newest member of the Biksbee’s
family.
